The first floor is accessed from stairs by the dining area and comprises the master bedroom, private lounge area and West facing sun terrace, with sea views, where you can BBQ whilst enjoying the sunset.

The lounge area and the master bedroom area are air conditioned, there is also a portable air conditioning unit for your convenience. The patio has a retractable sun shade. The first floor terrace is also partly shaded.
