Bienvenido a R1370 Mandarinos 61, un impresionante apartamento de 75 m² ubicado en la encantadora urbanización San Juan de Capistrano en Nerja. Esta es la base perfecta para una escapada costera relajante con vistas increíbles del mar y las montañas.
El alojamiento está orientado al suroeste, lo que significa que disfrutarás del sol durante todo el día. Es luminoso, acogedor y está cuidadosamente distribuido con 2 dormitorios, 1 baño con ducha, y una sala de estar de planta abierta que fluye hermosamente hacia una terraza privada con sol. El dormitorio principal cuenta con vistas al mar, mientras que la cocina americana equipada cuenta con una barra de desayuno y se abre a un comedor con vistas espectaculares. Encontrarás tumbonas y muebles de exterior en la terraza, perfectos para comer al aire libre y disfrutar de esos rayos españoles.
La cocina completamente equipada viene con todo lo que necesitas: frigorífico, congelador, microondas, horno, lavavajillas, cafetera, tostadora, hervidor, y todos los platos y utensilios que puedas desear. También hay una lavadora y plancha para tu comodidad, además de WiFi en toda la casa y aire acondicionado para mantenerte fresco.
El entretenimiento está organizado con un televisor que ofrece canales internacionales en varios idiomas. Tendrás acceso a 2 piscinas comunitarias (incluyendo una piscina infantil) dentro de la urbanización, y hay aparcamiento gratuito en la calle disponible justo afuera.
San Juan de Capistrano es una de las urbanizaciones más hermosas y bien mantenidas de Nerja, con encantadoras casas encaladas rodeadas de flores, palmeras, cactus y exuberante vegetación. Es una zona maravillosa para paseos tranquilos y exploración. Dentro de la urbanización, encontrarás restaurantes, un pequeño supermercado, una biblioteca y un spa con piscina cubierta, jacuzzi, sauna y hammam (se aplican tarifas adicionales).
Está perfectamente ubicada para explorar la zona. La Playa de Burriana – una playa galardonada – está a solo 2,3 km de distancia, mientras que el icónico Balcón de Europa está a 3 km. El centro de la ciudad de Nerja es fácilmente accesible en autobús regular, al igual que la playa. La Estación de Autobuses de Nerja está a 2,5 km de distancia, y el supermercado Mercadona está a solo 1,3 km de tu puerta.
Nerja en sí es un encantador pueblo costero al pie de las montañas de Almijara con una rica herencia pesquera y agrícola. El mercado semanal de los martes es un evento vibrante que atrae a comerciantes y compradores de toda la región, mientras que el centro del pueblo bulle de gente amable, tiendas encantadoras, y fantásticos bares de tapas y restaurantes.
Para más aventuras, el Aeropuerto de Málaga está a 65 km de distancia, el parque acuático Aquavelis está a 22 km de distancia, e incluso la estación de esquí de Sierra Nevada está al alcance a 120 km. Este es un lugar ideal para familias y grupos de hasta 4 adultos que buscan unas vacaciones españolas memorables.

The view over Nerja and the ocean is absolutely beautiful – a real highlight! The apartment is located in a lovely and peaceful community full of flowers, trees, and a great swimming pool. Parking was very convenient, right outside the door. Would definitely recommend it for a relaxing stay in Nerja.

Lovely home and the views were amazing , though not for everyone due to the 30min walk to the beach . Always got the bus back as the hills are too steep to walk in the heat. The bus runs every hour and was fantastic at 1 euro per person . Brilliant vver más

The wardrobe space was a bit limited especially in the second bedroom as the storage space was used for the owners private things , but we managed. Everything provided for a good holiday , iron , hairdryer washing machine. Taxi service booked through the agent was faultless. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed in the apartment for a week in May and had a wonderful time. It is a very nice and bright apartment and the views are stunning. The beds are comfortable and the apartment is well equipped. It is located in a quiet community and there is access to a beautiful pool. There are also several restaurants and a small supermarket very close to the apartment which is convenient if one does not want to go to Nerja town. There is also a bus which takes you to the beach and to town. The community where the apartment is located is very well kept, and there are beautiful trees and flowers all around. It feels very safe. Right behind the apartment there are walking trails in the mountains. You can also walk to the beach and to town if you like walking. There is parking right outside the apartment. If I come back to Nerja I would like to stay in this apartment again. |
